In addition to his work as an agent, Cosmin holds active appraisal licenses in Georgia, Tennessee, and Hawaii, providing a deeper understanding of property valuation and market dynamics—an advantage he consistently leverages for his clients.

His academic background includes a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis and Valuation from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, as well as a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Henley Business School.
