Candace earned a degree in Visual Communications in Los Angeles before building a career in Kitchen Design with established firms in San Francisco and Austin. Inspired by her mother, an interior designer, and a family deeply rooted in real estate investing, she naturally combined her eye for design with a passion for property. She later graduated from The Real Estate Business School in Austin, where she focused on leasing.
After spending 13 years on the Mainland, Candace felt called to return home to Maui. She initially worked with a local brokerage as a Transaction Coordinator before obtaining her Hawai‘i Real Estate License to focus on sales while simultaneously assisting fellow agents with their transactions. Licensed for five years, Candace has handled a wide range of transactions with a warm, relationship-focused approach grounded in trust.
She believes real estate is personal—taking the time to listen, communicate clearly, and advocate for her clients every step of the way. Her deep knowledge of Maui’s neighborhoods, lifestyle, and culture helps clients feel confident, informed, and truly at home.
