With a Grandfather in Commercial Real Estate and Housing Development, Abigail was exposed to the world of Real Estate at a young age. Eager to join the family business she received her working papers at 14 to begin showing apartments in Upstate New York and at 18 she received her Real Estate License to work for her families boutique brokerage, all while pursuing a degree in Business Management from the esteemed Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. The family brokerage was well known for its work in Historic Building Restoration projects as this took additional attention to details in every aspect of the sales process. Abigail’s largest notable Listing included a high end, 16-unit, 100+ year old condo conversion, It was this project that made her fall in love with the history and the bones of a building, as she traded her commissions for the purchase of her favorite sun-filled unit! Her first personal purchase at 22.

Feeling the call for more warmth and sun-filled rooms, Abigail ventured West with her cats and her Real Estate knowledge in-tow, she landed on the shores San Diego, CA, where she quickly grew a small boutique Brokerage servicing her rapidly expanding sphere of influence. With the addition of her Husband as lead Sales Executive, she doubled her business year-over-year. With the arrival of their beautiful daughter, Abigail and her Husband felt called to raise their baby in the Hawaiian Islands, where Abigail has since joined forces with Deep Blue HI, a Brokerage she feels aligns with her personal style of privacy, luxury and professionalism while maintaining the Spirit of Ohana, Aloha and inclusivity. She enjoys helping others to fulfill their dream of home ownership on the islands she and her family now call home.
