Comedian Roseanne Barr has sold her 46-acre macadamia nut farm in Honokā‘a, Hawai‘i, closing at $2.6 million, which is approximately $650,000 above the $1.95 million asking price. The estate, part of the Hāmākua Coast, drew intense interest and was brought to market only after the listing agent noted an influx of potential buyers from across the U.S. mainland, the Neighbor Islands, and Europe.

The property features a 2,716-square-foot residence with four bedrooms and 4.5 baths, anchored by indoor-outdoor living spaces and a deep lanai with sweeping ocean views. Outdoor amenities include a pool with waterslide, guesthouse, art studio, greenhouse, bamboo-enclosed outdoor bath, and a working orchard of more than 4,000 macadamia trees alongside avocados, tangerines and apple bananas. The estate also holds the distinction of being the backdrop for Barr’s 2011 reality series Roseanne’s Nuts.

Led by Deep Blue HI’s founder, Paul Stukin, the sale highlights how distinctively positioned Hawai‘i properties—those combining legacy, landscape and narrative—continue to command premium pricing and swift transactions.
