“Roseanne fell in love with the serenity and beauty of this macadamia nut farm, the privacy, the richness of the land, and those sweeping ocean views. We had incredible interest with buyers coming from five states, the Neighbor Islands, and across Europe, and ultimately sold for $650,000 over asking.”

Roseanne Barr has sold her 46-acre macadamia nut farm in Honokaʻa, Hawai‘i, for $2.6 million, closing at $650,000 over the $1.95 million asking price. The property, which Barr purchased in 2007 for $1.78 million, was the setting for her 2011 reality series Roseanne’s Nuts.

The estate includes a four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home with expansive ocean views, a deep lanai, and indoor-outdoor living design. Outdoor amenities include a pool with slide, pool house, art studio, greenhouse, and a bamboo-enclosed outdoor shower/soaking tub. The land is planted with thousands of macadamia trees alongside avocados, tangerines, apple bananas, finger limes, and more.

In the listing process, Paul Stukin noted, “Roseanne fell in love with the serenity and beauty of this macadamia nut farm, the privacy, the richness of the land, and those sweeping ocean views. We had incredible interest with buyers coming from five states, the Neighbor Islands, and across Europe, and ultimately sold for $650,000 over asking.”

The sale was to a local rancher, whom Barr and her team saw as a proper steward of the land. The rapid, premium sale underscores Hawai‘i’s unique luxury-agricultural real estate market, where narrative, legacy, and lifestyle converge to drive exceptional outcomes.
