Comedian Roseanne Barr has sold her 46-acre macadamia nut farm in Honoka‘a, Hawai‘i, closing the deal at $2.6 million — approximately $650,000 above its $1.95 million asking price. The property, which she purchased in 2007 for $1.78 million, was formerly the setting for her 2011 reality series Roseanne’s Nuts.

The estate includes a 2,716-square-foot home with four bedrooms, a pool with a slide, guesthouse, art studio, greenhouse, and bamboo-enclosed outdoor bath amenities. Over 4,000 macadamia trees dot the grounds, along with orchards of avocado, tangerine, apple banana, and more.

Paul Stukin of Deep Blue HI, who represented the sale, said, “There was interest where buyers flew in from five different states, the neighbor Island and three European countries.” According to the Post, the property sold within days, underscoring the speed and intensity of buyer demand for legacy Hawaiian estates.
