Licensed in both California and Hawaii, he serves clients on the West Coast and the Islands, with a special emphasis on Kauai. This benefits clients by broadening the scope of reach for both buying and selling.

Kelly’s roots in Hawaii go deep, as his father was born and raised in Wahiawa, on Oahu. He has lived between Hawaii, California and Oregon his whole life, and traveled extensively throughout the world. The Smith clan still has many ties throughout the Islands, and he can tap into those resources when researching needs for a client.

Never one to sit still too long, Kelly has worked in the Financial Products industry with his father, Real Estate with his brother, driven a semi-truck for an Organic Produce Firm, and worked in Nursery Management at many farms in the Pacific Northwest. Apart from Real Estate, Kelly enjoys traveling with his wife Julie, and visiting his kids in Oregon and LA. Playing music with the family, golfing, gardening, seeing live music shows and hiking new places with the family dog Kona, take up most of his spare time.
